As a Director of Ticket Strategy, you’ll lead a team to develop and execute innovative ticketing strategies that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth in the music industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement strategic ticketing initiatives for major music events and tours
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders
- Oversee the execution of complex client deliverables, leveraging data and technology
- Lead the development of executive-level presentations and strategic reports
- Drive problem-solving through advanced analytical and technical expertise
- Manage day-to-day execution of strategic accounts in the music sector, including concerts and festivals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or related graduate degree preferred
- 7+ years of experience in the music industry or related sectors (ticketing, live events, or entertainment)
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing high-impact client relationships
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with SQL or Snowflake
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize effectively
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and work weekends/holidays as needed
